Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Neleb Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the item.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Neleb Jewelry is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged due to a defect, please contact us at Nelebjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
