All orders are shipped in protective packaging (such as bubble mailers). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the product is transferred to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post), the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may be final sale.
